Outcome:
We have used Lotería as a starting point to develop a large variety of products that act as an extension of Texas Observer's brand. Each design from the traditional game is transformed into a card that is based on historical figures or contemporary political events in Texas.
Challenge:
Lotería is a Mexican card game where each iconic symbol has a special place in Latin culture. We aimed to adapt the game's visuals to match Texas Observer's mission, tone, and voice as a leading cultural and political magazine in Texas.
