Founded in 2018 by Stuart Hetherwood and Ryan McGahan, united by a shared vision to bring the compelling visual language of This Land magazine to a broader range of forward-thinking clients.
Stuart, a Tulsa native, joined This Land Press in 2011 and rose from distribution manager to COO. Ryan is from Memphis, Tennessee a is and graduate of Memphis College of Art. He came to Tulsa in 2013 as the visionary designer behind the magazine. Hetherwood and McGahan have built Well-Told on the belief that strategic thinking and exceptional craft can make meaningful change in the world.
